"A leader takes people where they want to go. A great leder takes people where they dont necessary need to go, but ought to be"

Leaders want the whole group to be happy where they go but it is not necessarily safe or able to reduce the problem and there may be an individual who wants to go one way and others another. But as for a great leader they take their own actions and make sure the problem is solved and everyone is safe, it also keeps people out from getting lost and not doing what to do next. The main function of a leader is to teach you how to get where you want to be, how to do it, the great leader prepares you for getting whatever you want and you to become the leader, the great leader sees each weakness and strenght of each member of the group and teach them how to use them and how to go against them, the great leader pushes you to get whatever you want, pushing your strengths and knowing your strenghts, a great leader is always worried about the health of the group, a great leader puts himself in front of the group facing problems and teaching them, a great leader defends you and back you up. The great leader teaches to get anywhere you want, but he dont make the job for you, he pushes you he does not make your job, he creates an independent individual, prepares you but is never going to make the job for you, he will teach you how to solve them but not solve them for you.
