A great leder takes people where they dont necessary need to go, but ought to be" Leaders want the whole group to be happy where they go but it is not necessarily safe or able to reduce the problem and there may be an individual who wants to go one way and others another. But as for a great leader they take their own actions and make sure the problem is solved and everyone is safe, it also keeps people out from getting lost and not doing what to do next.
